1. How would you ensure that particular communities are not victimised with the anti-terror laws that you are proposing?
2. In the name of beautification and progress, the local and state government has displaced people and rendered them homeless. Why are you insensitive to this fact?
3. Gujarat has been sliding down in the social and human development index. Why is it that your notion of development excludes the social aspect?
4. The government that you showcase as the best model for the rest of the country has performed very poorly in ensuring jobs under the NREGS. Are you unconcerned about rural poor? Is your government for “five crorepatis” only?
5. Why are you silent on Maya Kodnani?
6. The Sabarmati Jail today is the most unsafe prison in the country. If you can’t secure a prison and free it of corruption and crime, what safety of citizens are we talking about?
7. Why is it that no Lok Ayukta has been appointed in the state in the last five years?
8. Why does the State Human Rights Commission of Gujarat have no representation of civil rights groups of minority communities?
